I specialize in helping with:

  • Anxiousness is not who you are, it’s what you’re feeling - and we can change that. Learn the tools you need to shed overthinking, self-criticism, and self-doubt and feel confident, grounded, and calm. Learn more

  • We often feel stuck in loops in our relationships or in our lives that we know don’t serve us, but we feel helpless to change. Instead we just watch them play out over and over. This is an opportunity to uncover the drivers for those tenacious patterns and begin to loosen their hold.

  • As a therapist your work impacts your self and your self impacts your work. Explore the tender spots that get pressed in your work so that you can show up for your clients with confidence and clarity. Learn more

Tools we might use together:

  • EMDR asks you to identify troubling memories, thoughts, feelings, and sensations in a highly structured format. It has been shown to offer relief from intrusive symptoms of trauma more quickly than many other approaches.

  • Internal Family Systems explores the dynamics that emerge between various parts of self that play different (and sometimes conflicting) roles in managing emotions. It helps you come into your “self” and from there begin to understand and heal the other parts, as well as to cultivate self-leadership and collaboration with those parts.

  • Mindfulness helps to calm and focus our minds, which in turn allows us to see ourselves and our ways of thinking more clearly. We learn to stop resisting life as it is and to work with it to accomplish our goals more easily and effectively. Learn more
