Hello! I’m Sarah.
I provide therapy grounded in mindfulness skills such as self-compassion, self-awareness, and (most difficult of all) nonjudgment. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling centered, confident, and lighter than when they walked in.
I know that there are a lot of ways to be in the world; everyone has different values to center and gifts to express. When you can tune in to your inner compass and filter out the noise around you, you can figure out how to express the best and most true parts of yourself.
I grew up in a world of elite academics, but when I finished college I followed my own inner compass on a search for someplace that felt both more grounded and more spacious. I found it in Vermont, where over the past 20 years I’ve built a house, a community, and a life of purpose and meaning.
This certainly isn’t the road map for everyone, but aren’t you curious to see what could open up for you if you could quiet all the noise for a while?
